  • Release Tension

    Moving your body can help to release tension, and even more so when we link specific movements to meet that exact intention. Take a moment before and after to recognize how you feel!

  • Energizing Viniyoga

    Viniyoga practices are the shit! They involve repetition and stay to deepen the practice and require your full attention which helps steady the mind and the body.
    This practice has a variety of postures to build energy in your body.

  • Get Present To Habits

    Rarely do I teach or practice for long periods of time. That said, it is important that we spend long periods of time with ourselves to become acquainted with our body and mind. This practice will awaken you to your body. Enjoy!!

    Feeling hectic? Though it is the hardest time to take minute, it really in the best time. 20 minutes all for you. You will thank yourself afterwards, trust me!

  • Afternoon Movement

    Not using your body for long periods of time really takes its toll, get out off your bum and start moving. It is just 30 minutes.
