These practices improve your everyday life habits by bringing attention to how you feel physically and mentally. Once you can take a look at these feelings you can begin to assess whether they are healthy or unhealthy for you, and from there you can start to address them.

8 : 4 : 8 : 4 Breath Ratio
This ratio will begin to challenge your ratio if you are a beginner to breath work.
If you ahem been working with breath ratios for some now this will be a great ration to simply create a balance of energy in your body. -
Gettin' The Crazy Out
I use this kind of breath practice for fighters on fight days. First it builds the energy. Then through quick breathing, often called breath of fire in yoga, it flushes the excess energy out and results in the body being energized but the mind being calmed.
