    This practice is designed to calm you down...it will help you to focus your attention and reduce your stress levels through the focus.
    Using breath retentions and suspensions has a stabilizing affect on the nervous system. You will feel calm ad at peace during these pause moments.

    This practice is here to help you boost your immune system and your energy by increasing the depth at which you breathe. This helps to stimulate the recovery side of your system into gear.

    Exactly as it says. Improve how you are feeling... In this practice I introduce the idea of suspension and retention in your breath cycles. As we "build" the breath ratio pay attention to the shifts that happen for you!

    Use this practice to help you break bad habits AND/OR improve your sleeping habits! We will implement a technique that uses the whole torso to take nice deep breaths. A great evening practice or even putting it in place with poor habits like cigarette smoking.
