Phase 5 - WTF Whole Body
These mindfulness practices create a mind body connection that alleviates stress by teaching you to be engaged in active rest. IE rest with out the distractions of screens, time with friends, snacking, getting a massage, etc. Just you paying attention to your body.
I cannot stress how powerful this will be in your life.
(Suggestion: Alternate these practices, every other day do the restorative and then the strength for two weeks before you move on to the next phase)
